Breakfast at The Standard draws inspiration from the weekend breakfasts at The Standard hotel in downtown LA. The restaurant's vibrant yellow interior made a lasting impression, creating a bold and unforgettable atmosphere. Though the hotel is no longer in existence, the unique, artsy vibe of its restaurant continues to influence many designers to this day.  

This painting was a part of Verum Ultimum Gallery's 12th Annual Abstract Sanctuary Virtual Show. Exhibition was in January 2025.
