The Domaine Le Fay d'Homme Muscadet Sevre and Maine Terre de Gneiss is light yellow / gold in colour. The wine is earthy on the nose, with interesting minerality expressive of the Melon grape. It has a beautiful palate of pear, apples, lime over a gently rich mineral profile. Complex length.
