This design was made by Perthshire between the years 1983-1988. From year to year the colors varied but the general setup and overall design remained the same. It is executed over an upset white muslin filigree cushion with a train decal at the center framed by a geometric pattern of short ribbon twists and complex millefiori and finished with a large top facet.
