This antique Victorian ring (ca. late 1800s, early 1900s) is made of 10K yellow gold. The amethyst is a 15mm x 9mm rectangular faceted cushion cut and is held in place by nineteen claw prongs. The shank is handsomely etched and the band measures 5.3mm in width.
